Mixing equipments and spare parts supplying, batching plant maintenance and other ONE-STOP SERVICE.
After-sale service center shall sign with customer the Long-term After-sale Service Agreement for SICOMA mixer.
Technicians from after-sale service center shall regularly visit the customers, offer services as free training,mixer maintenance, on-site test ect., and provide relative improvement suggestions.
In order to provide convenience to the customer, SICOMA adopts the low price strategy for the wearing parts,ensuring that the customers get quality spare parts.
   

COMMITMENT
Fast Response: the customer service staff shall offer settlement within 15 minutes after receiving customer complaints.
Arrive at the Spot: arrive at the customer spot within 4 hours for provincial capital, and 8 hours for secondary cities customer spot,arrive at customer spot within 24 hours for remote districts
On-site Settlement: arrive at customer spot and settle the problem within 24 hours.
Settlement: Settle the customer complaint within 24 hours.
